Mark is a lawyer in Digby Leigh & Co.’s Corporate group. Prior to being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2021, Mark worked alongside various academic institutions and international organizations researching the intersections of business, sport and anti-corruption.
Mark began his formal legal career at a law firm in Downtown Vancouver, practicing corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on securities and M&A transactions.
Mark employs a holistic approach to the practice of law, primarily centered around fostering trust and authenticity in the lawyer-client relationship. Mark believes the best outcomes are achieved through open communication and collaboration, and he welcomes clients to discuss their business goals in a confidential, judgement-free environment.
