We're hiring: Corporate Paralegal

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced corporate paralegal to join our corporate team. This position requires a client service approach, a self-directed working style and an ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.
What You Will Do:
Handle purchases and sales of businesses, both assets and shares;
Handle complicated reorganizations involving share freezes, roll-overs and family trusts;
Assist with all corporate work including BC and Federal incorporations and registrations, extra provincial registrations, annual maintenance, trademark matters, director/officer changes, share allotments/transfers and dividends and all other ancillary corporate matters;
Minute book reviews;
Potentially, the opportunity to work on some real estate and commercial lending;
Communicate directly with clients;
Organization and management of files, including managing a BF system and billing.
