Suzie is a lawyer in Digby Leigh & Co.’s Corporate group. Her practice focuses on providing strategic legal services to entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes, with an emphasis on corporate, commercial and securities law.

Suzie assists clients with company formation, structuring, equity incentive plans, private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and regulatory compliance. Her experience includes advising technology startups and high-growth companies.
Education
Suzie received her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law, University of British Columbia in 2023. Prior to practicing law, Suzie obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of British Columbia. Suzie was called to the British Columbia Bar in May 2024.
